How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as an HR coordinator I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
