How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a production planner I have no real structure. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
