How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and my days blur together. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
