How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 13 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
