How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a recruiter I have no real structure. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
