How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a security officer I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
