How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Denver)

I have been out of work for 13 weeks and my days blur together. I am in Denver, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
