How do you organise your week after a layoff?, delivery driver here

Since my layoff as a delivery driver I have no real structure. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
