How do you organise your week after a layoff?, data-entry clerk here

Since my layoff as a data-entry clerk I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
