How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. It has been a long 21 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
