How do you organise your week after a layoff?

I have been out of work for 21 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
