How do you organise your week after a layoff?

Since my layoff as a customer-service rep I have no real structure. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
