How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Columbus)

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
