How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Charlotte)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
