How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Boston)

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
