How do you organise your week after a layoff?, bank teller here

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and my days blur together. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
