How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Baltimore)

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
