How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
