How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as an office manager I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
