How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a quality inspector I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
