How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as an operations analyst I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
