How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as an operations analyst I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
