How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been a long 20 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
