How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 24 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
