How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 13 weeks and my days blur together. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
