How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
