How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a pharmacy technician I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
