How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
