How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
