How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
