How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a software tester I have no real structure. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
