How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a logistics coordinator I have no real structure. It has been a long 17 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
