How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
