How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and my days blur together. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
