How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
