How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
