How do you organise your week after a layoff? - any advice?

Since my layoff as a web developer I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
