How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 9 years as an insurance claims processor

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
