How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 9 years as a machine operator

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
