How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 8 years as an accounts payable clerk

Since my layoff as an accounts payable clerk I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
