How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 8 years as a pharmacy technician

Since my layoff as a pharmacy technician I have no real structure. It has been a long 11 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
