How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 7 years as a social media manager

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
