How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 7 years as a payroll clerk

I have been out of work for 8 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
