How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 7 years as a forklift operator

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
