How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 7 years as a bank teller

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
