How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 6 years as a customer-service rep

Since my layoff as a customer-service rep I have no real structure. It has been a long 23 weeks. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
