How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 6 years as a bank teller

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
