How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 5 years as a warehouse supervisor

Since my layoff as a warehouse supervisor I have no real structure. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
