How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 5 years as a data-entry clerk

Since my layoff as a data-entry clerk I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
