How do you organise your week after a layoff? after 5 years as a call-centre agent

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
